For over 35 years, our San Francisco invitation designers have served the Bay Area as the go-to local stationery store. We used to be located in the San Francisco Gift Center, but moved to Three Embarcadero Center in the heart of the Financial District in 2011. Our brick-and-mortar stationery store is centrally located in the Financial District, which makes it easy for anyone to stop by to pick up assorted boxed stationery, greeting cards, notebooks, journals, pens, and more. Additionally, we offer FREE appointments for design consultations to create personalized stationery, such as custom wedding invitations, bar and bat mitzvah invitations, business cards, napkins, and so much more. With the holidays (such as Thanksgiving and Christmas) right around the corner, our shelves are stocked and we have a beautiful selection of stationery, boxed holiday cards, gifts, journals, notepads, and more. Palo Santo Scented Grounded Onyx Crystal Glass Candle by Elum Designs

There’s nothing quite like lighting a candle and relaxing with its fragrance and warmth after a long day. This 10.5 oz candle by Elum Designs is made of soy wax, and is scented with healing palo santo. In Spanish, palo santo means “holy wood”, and is believed to relieve pain, stress, and also clear negative energy. Its glass packaging also features an inspirational message of positivity, strength, and protection that is foil stamped in gold on its pale purple label. Embedded in the candle are three onyx stones, which are revealed as you burn the candle. Onyx is known for protection and symbolizes strength and decisiveness. Mini Notes by Elum Designs

We have this beautiful birch counter display of mini notes by Elum Designs right next to our check out area, and customers find it hard to resist these adorable little cards that are letterpress printed with soy-based inks. With a design available for any occasion, these enclosure cards are perfect to include with a present, flower bouquet, or “just because”. One of our long-time customers loves to stock up on these to leave little notes in her kids’ lunchboxes, which we think is such a special idea! Another great use of these is to place them on top of plates at dinner parties, leaving a short message for your invited guests. The “Harvest Heart” design would be incredibly appropriate for a Thanksgiving meal.

One of the most common New Year’s resolutions is to start using a planner for a fresh and organized new year. Undated Wall Calendars by Elum Designs

You asked, and we listened – we now have calendars in stock! If you’re anything like me, I grew up only hanging up freebie calendars (that were decidedly utilitarian), randomly collected from supermarkets and routine trips to the bank. These calendars, however, are actually aesthetically appealing and can double as decor for your home. My favorite feature is that they’re undated! We love the flexibility that this allows, and if you really wanted to get the most use out of them, you could use a pencil to fill in the dates and erase your writing to reuse them for years to come.

Every year, we are faced with the difficult decision of deciding on which boxed holiday cards to fill our shelves with. Elum makes it easy because their designs are universally loved by our clients, and their cards always make the cut! Their holiday cards are letterpress printed with soy based ink on 100% cotton rag stock, leaving a gorgeous impression on the paper. We have always been stationery lovers here, which is why we are so thrilled that journaling has had such a resurgence in popularity! For those who like to let their thoughts roam freely, or who prefer lots of blank space to doodle or bullet journal, go for one of our plain, ruled, or dotted journals. Some folks may encounter writers’ block, or may have trouble putting thoughts onto paper, which is where the guided journals come into play. Guided journals offer an outline and provide prompts to help guide you through your journaling journey, which can be therapeutic and helpful in sorting out your thoughts.
