- Compile Guest List~ Please use this form or your own Excel spreadsheet, Word or Text File to enter Guest List Addresses and email to: info@hyegraph.com.
- Mail or Drop Off Your Envelopes to Jacques at:

Turnaround Time: We will have your Envelopes, place cards or menus completed with Digital Calligraphy in 1-3 Days. Rush Orders can be delivered on Request.
Prices for Digital Calligraphy: $1 For Outer Envelope. $.50 cents For Inner Envelope for Black Ink. $.50 cents for Return Address Printed on Envelope Flap. $1.00 for Place Cards. $1.50 for Menus & Invitations. Colored ink is $.25 cents more. There is a One Time Set Up Fee of $5.00. We can also do Digital Calligraphy on other stationery such as Certificates and Wine Labels–Please ask!
Shipping & Handling Charges will apply only if corresponding over Mail. Please indicate choice of Shipping: Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery.
Confirmation of Your Order: I will send out an Email Confirmation that I have Received your Guest List. I will Proceed with Your Calligraphy Job once I have received all your Envelopes.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Check Payments. For orders over the Phone we accept Only Credit Card Payments.
Stuffing, Sealing, Stamping & Mailing Envelopes: We also offer a Stuffing & Mailing Service which includes:
- Stuffing your Envelopes with the Invitations
- Sealing the Envelopes
- Stamping the Envelopes(Stamps Not Included) and
- Delivering your Sealed & Stamped Envelopes to the Mail House.
Instructions for ordering Stuffing & Mailing Service: Please Drop Off Your Envelopes with Stamps or Mail them to us at our Embarcadero Address above. We will have your Stationery Stuffed and Mailed withing 2 – 3 Business Days.
